Before and After Care Assistant
Acorn has a wonderful after-school program that runs from 3-6PM daily. When classes end at either 2:45 or 3PM, children can participate in our Rainbow Club while waiting to be picked up anytime before 6PM. We are currently looking for someone to assist the Rainbow Club staff with duties such as:
- preparing daily crafts
- setting up snack
- reading stories
- helping to supervise on the playground
- other fun after-school activities

Substitute
Assist teachers with daily activities in the classroom and on the playground. Hours are generally 8:15am – 3:00PM. Occasionally we need half-day subs, and/or substitutes in the after-care program. After-School Workshop Teachers
Acorn offers after-school workshops for children ages 3 through Grade 6. The workshops run between the hours of 3-5 PM, from September through December, with a second series running from January through May.
