EXPLORE SUMMER AT ACORN!
June 16th 2008 – August 22nd 2008
Summer Camp at Acorn is designed to be fun, relaxing and
educational. All of our programs involve hands-on, discovery-based
learning. Children develop new skills, become more self-confident,
explore their talents, and learn good sportsmanship. Our goal is to
stimulate children’s interest, curiosity, and creativity.
We put away the Montessori materials, but the Montessori routine
(for example, choose an activity off the shelf, put it back
when you’re done) remains!
Camp sessions run Monday through Friday. In
addition, partial-week arrangements, and before &
after camp care are available. Children may attend
any or all sessions offered throughout the summer.
No matter which session you sign up for, you can be
assured that it will be fun, relaxing and educational.
Our camp is staffed by the same friendly certified Montessori
teachers that work during the school year.
They are also certified in
Pediatric First Aid and CPR.
