Pamela Bloom

Since 2010, Pamela Bloom has been Head of School at Acorn Montessori. From the first time she set foot on the campus, she was struck by the peacefulness of the school, both in and out of the classroom. She finds the beauty of the setting and the uniquely close-knit community of parents, children and teachers very special. Always a teacher at heart, Pamela is in awe of how the teachers at Acorn work with the very young right through elementary, instilling a sense of purpose, a joyful approach to learning, and a sense of calm in the classroom all at once! She feels honored and privileged to lead a school committed to the Montessori philosophy which brings the very best to the students each day.

In addition to her love of books, Pamela enjoys watching movies and Masterpiece Theater, as well as cooking and spending time with family and friends.
